When it comes to hiring a lawyer for litigation, anyone who promises a particular outcome is a false prophet, and we never guarantee the outcome of cases we handle. More than any other area of law, real estate litigation is rife with potential pitfalls for the unwary. For the unadvised, real estate laws and precedent can seem like a foreign language. For many real estate disputes, it is imperative that your lawyer is both experienced in the courtroom and intimately familiar with real estate law.
We at Doyle Hance are accomplished trial lawyers who know real estate law. We have handled mechanics lien cases, commercial and residential evictions, foreclosures, partitions, property line disputes, fraud and misrepresentation claims, arbitrations, water intrusion cases, title insurance coverage disputes and fire insurance coverage claims, among other things. We are reasonable if our opponents are reasonable on such issues as child custody, maintenance and distribution of assets and debts. Our approach to the dissolution of a marriage always begins with an invitation to your spouse and their lawyer (if they have one) to come to the table and cooperatively and efficiently resolve your differences. When that approach is unsuccessful, which is far too often the case, we adopt a reasonable, but aggressive posture to provide for you and your children’s interests.
